Dieting is never easy and life will constantly throw you curve-balls.  For me this has happened these passed few month financial issues due to my ex wife and a new job that is a sit down job put my fitness in the back seat.  With that came an extra 30 pounds and now it is time to realize that while it is never a straight run in your fitness goals it is a constant up and down that if you have this struggle you know it is real. So what do we do?

We change with out lives.  Life is cruel it is possible a loved one passes away, you lose a job, or other event that certainly would take priority over your fitness goals.  And you know what?  That is just fine, we do what we can and when it is time to heal and restart it is important that we seize that opportunity.  If that is you today reading this consider it a sign that it is time to start your life.  I’m with you as I am right there, so let’s do this!!
